Returns Policy

At Eximus Air, we stand behind the quality of our air ventilation diffusers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in addition to your statutory rights.

If you have changed your mind, you may return an item within 28 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging

  • All components must be included (e.g. screws, fittings, instructions)

  • Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation or invoice)

Not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Used, installed, or altered diffusers

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final-sale items (where clearly marked)

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Not as described

you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

📌 Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item to qualify for a full refund on faulty goods.

We will cover return costs for:

  • Faulty or defective items

  • Items sent incorrectly due to our error

3. How to Return a Product

  1. Email us at vaida@eximusair.uk with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (required for faulty or damaged items)

  2. We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Package the item securely.

    • For change-of-mind returns, please use a tracked and insured courier, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds may be reduced or refused if the item is returned incomplete, used, or damaged due to customer handling.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on most products, subject to stock availability.
Please let us know in your return email if you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund.

6. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including:

  • A 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

  • A full refund for faulty goods reported within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
