Returns

At Eximus Air, we stand behind the quality of our air ventilation diffusers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — in addition to your statutory rights.

1. 28-Day Returns – Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind, you may return an item within 28 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • All components (including screws, fittings, instructions, etc.) must be included.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or invoice).

❌ Not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Used diffusers or those installed or altered.

  • Custom or made-to-order products.

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if clearly marked).

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty,

  • Damaged during delivery, or

  • Not as described,

you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

📌 Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item to receive a full refund for faulty goods.

We will cover return costs for:

  • Damaged or defective items.

  • Incorrect orders sent in error.

3. How to Return a Product

  1. Email us at vaida@eximusair.uk with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if faulty/damaged)

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Package the item securely. If returning due to change of mind, please use a tracked and insured courier — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds may be reduced or refused if the returned item is incomplete, used, or damaged by the customer.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for most products, subject to stock availability. Let us know in your return email if you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund.

6. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • You still have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

  • You are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods reported within 30 days.
